TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to OnlyVariety (the “Website”), a website located in Australia, owned and operated by OnlyVariety Pty Ltd (the “Company”). 2.4 Monitoring The Company has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review any User-Generated Content submitted to the Website. The Company may remove any User-Generated Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable in its sole discretion, without notice or liability to you.
